Villa Love is located on the west coast of Ibiza island just a few minutes from Cala Carbo beach, offering the most stunning viewpoints to the majestic Es Vedra and less than 10 minutes drive from the village of San Josep.

The renowned beaches of Cala d ́Hort and Cala Jondal are close by. By car, Ibiza Town is 25 minutes and the Airport is 20 minutes.

What time is Check-in and Check-out?

Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM and the check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, depending on the season. There is usually a minimum stay of 7 nights during peak season and a minimum stay of 4 nights during the off-season. Shorter stays are sometimes possible but please contact us to verify.
What is your Cancellation Policy?

Any cancellation by the client must be in writing to the owner by email (ibizavillalove@gmail.com) or the property manager. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive the written cancellation. If the client cancels 10 weeks or more before the arrival, the client will only be charged with their first down payment of the rental period. If the client cancels within 10 weeks of arrival, the client will be charged the full amount of the rental period.
Do you charge our credit card for the damage deposit?

We will block the amount on your credit card for the precaution, but we won't charge it. This will only occur if there is damage in the villa.
Is the swimming pool heated?

No the pool is not heated at Villa Love, but the warm Ibiza sun does a great job.
What happens if something breaks or there is a problem?

In many cases, we ask you to contact us directly by phone or email to inform us. Then, depending on the issue, there will be a property manager to help you immediately with your problem (electrical matter, etc...).
Who cleans the villa? Is there a maid included?

For a standard Saturday to Saturday stay: There will be 2 mid-week freshen-up cleaning on Monday and Friday. Every Wednesday there will be a full house cleaning and changing of bed linens. End cleaning with every check-out. Weekly pool cleaning.
Is there internet access?

We have high-speed fibre-optic internet access available at the villa and also a new Wi-Fi system to cover the entire property.
Are there beach towels available?

Yes, we provide fresh beach towels and bathroom towels every week.
Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to also stay at Villa Love due to various inconveniences.
